Richard A. Lieber, Chief Executive Officer, retired from the US Air Force after 28 years of active duty and reserve service as an officer. He has worked in corporate positions, small business and academia, and has owned numerous businesses involving sales and marketing. He has also worked in a number of industries including aerospace defense, manufacturing, telecommunications and the oil industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering. Rich, an Eagle Scout, is an active volunteer in the local community, and currently serves as the District Commissioner for Jamboree District in the Pikes Peak Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
 Jenine K. Holtz, President, was a paralegal for 18 years. She is a former Consumer Specialist for the Consumer Affairs Division of the North Dakota Attorney General's Office, NDSU branch, and has owned and managed her own businesses for 15 years. She specializes in sales and marketing and has her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Home Economics. Jenine is an active volunteer, and serves as the PTO President of her local school.
