FuelSaver Technologies Executive Team
Richard A. Lieber, Chief Executive Officer, retired from the US Air Force after 28 years of active duty and reserve service as an officer. In addition to flying jet aircraft and working as an engineer in the Air Force, Rich has worked in corporate positions, small business and academia, and has owned numerous businesses involving sales and marketing. He has also worked in a number of industries including aerospace defense, manufacturing, telecommunications and the oil industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering. Rich, an Eagle Scout, is an active volunteer in the local community, and has served in many volunteer Scouting positions. He is currently the District Chairman for Jamboree District in the Pikes Peak Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Pikes Peak Council 2010 Celebration Coordinator for the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America.
 Jenine K. Holtz, President, was a paralegal for 18 years. She is a former Consumer Specialist for the Consumer Affairs Division of the North Dakota Attorney General's Office, NDSU branch, and has owned and managed her own businesses for 15 years. She specializes in sales and marketing and has her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Home Economics. Jenine is an active volunteer, and serves as the PTO President of her local school.
Their joint expertise, combining backgrounds in engineering, sales, marketing and customer service along with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, creates a great team to lead FuelSaver Technologies, Inc.
